Note: This will not work for some apps on the Microsoft App Store
1) Search for your app in the Microsoft App Store
2) Copy the app ID of the desired app
3) Then, on your windows search bar, run
 winget install [app id] --source msstore
4) If the installation process doesn't crash, you're good to go
